Which manufacturing models are available?

What is the starting MOQ?
MOQ starts from 100 pieces per color per design. Final quantity remains subject to fabric, trims, construction, custom colors, specialized components, packaging and other project requirements.
What information should an inquiry include?
Include the product category, estimated quantity, colors, size range, materials, branding, packaging, target market and requested timing. Upload the current Tech Pack, reference image, size chart or other applicable files.
Can Leadshow source fabrics and trims?
Material and trim review can form part of product development. Availability, specifications, colors, supplier minimums, documentation, price and lead time require confirmation by project.
How does sample development work?
Specifications and technical requirements are reviewed first. Materials, patterns and samples are then prepared for comments and approval. Revision rounds and sample types depend on the product and approval requirements.
Are sample and bulk timelines fixed?
No. Timing is confirmed according to specification completeness, material availability, pattern and fit complexity, revisions, testing, quantity, workmanship, packaging, approvals, payment conditions and current production scheduling.
How is product quality checked?
Applicable checks may cover materials, measurements, construction, workmanship, appearance, quantities and packaging. Inspection stages, sampling level, AQL requirements and third-party inspection are confirmed for the applicable order.
Can Leadshow support compliance testing?
Leadshow can coordinate test samples, supplier documents and third-party testing according to the product and destination market. Testing does not automatically prove compliance for every color, batch, style or market.
Are labels, packaging and reorders supported?
Custom labels and packaging can be included after approval. Reorders require reconfirmation of the current specification, materials, colors, trims, labels, packaging, price and available capacity.
